Hi, Mommy's blog friends! This is Oscar. I've hacked into Mom's blogger to tell you how much I hope you will donate money for the Monroe County Walk for the Animals!!! If you look to the right, you'll see that my awesome Mom is an amazing 62% of the way to her goal of raising $500! I couldn't be more thrilled that she is raising so much money for my furry buddies. But...that leaves 38% to raise in the next thirteen days, before we go to the walk on October 4! She clearly has a lot of work to do!

Dedicated Post: Molly Lou Gifts

I wanted to take some time to heap praises on Molly Lou Gifts. For those of us who love stationery, invitations, monogrammed stuff and amazing gifts (and let's face it...who doesn't??!), MLG is the place to be. Over the course of my time in the blogland, I have gotten to know MLG extremely well - we email, talk on twitter, comment away on each others' blogs, and just generally rue the fact that we can't drop everything and meet up for coffee. Or, at least, I do. I also make googley eyes at the photos of her beautiful children, and can only hope that my kids will be as witty as her little minis!

Seriously. I'm hoping she gives me some parenting lessons.

What you may not know is that each month, MLG donates 10% of the store's profits to the charity of her choice. I am so thankful, honored, and excited to announce that for the month of September, MLG will be donating 10% of all profits towards my fundraising efforts for the Monroe County Humane Association's Walk for Animals!!! I would also like to say a big THANK YOU to all of you! I first posted about the Walk for Animals at around this time yesterday, with a fundraising goal of $500. Twenty-four hours later, my wonderful friends - both bloggie and real-life - have already donated $120! I am absolutely speechless.
