Savannah

We started off our trip in Charlotte, and then spent a couple of days in Charleston, SC before heading to Savannah.  However, my camera battery was dead, and I forgot to charge it until we got to Savannah.  So, in no particular order, here are some of my favorite photos from Savannah (also known as my future home!)!

A fountain in a square...I don't remember which one

Bonaventure Cemetery...so beautiful.

We came across what was clearly the most tacky gravestone at Bonaventure.  I had to take a photo for my mom, who is a piano teacher!

Some beautiful Savannah architecture

Forsyth Park

Maybe one day, I'll live here...

The Mercer House (of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil fame)

The Sorrel-Weed House (said to be the most haunted house in Savannah)

My meal at the Lady and Sons!!!  Yummy!

Maybe one day, I'll live here...

...or here...

So, there you have it.  Next up, some photos from our dolphin "cruise" off of Tybee Island!

Oh I just love Savannah! It is such a beautiful place. The only thing that was a deal breaker for me was the heat! Was it hot for your trip?
