Isn't it shocking when you receive good customer service?! It's sad that it comes as a shock. Last month I randomly bought something from mlb.com and they sent the wrong size and they went waaaaay above and beyond to correct the problem. I couldn't believe it.
Yes! I loved the hand written note too. It was such a nice surprise and a small gesture, but is such an easy thing to do to get customers on your side. Yay, LEC!
Wow! What a great gesture. Stuff like that just does not happen anymore.
