Sob

I just watched Marley and Me, which I would perhaps rename Marley and Me: The Saddest Movie Ever If You Own a Dog. For real, friends. I haven't cried that hard in a long, long time. Any other dog owners out there go crazy over this movie?

Whew. I am so, so thankful that Oscar will live forever. Because...I just don't know what I would do without him. When the movie was over and I wiped away the mascara lines from my face (and chin, and neck), I gave my baby a big big hug. It took a bit of convincing, considering he was asleep and grumpy. But once he woke up...we had a nice little snuggle. Anyway, the movie made me think of when Oscar was a puppy, so I decided to throw in some of my favorite photos from Day One to (almost) the present. Enjoy my little furball!

I don't care how good it is, I refuse to watch that movie. And the thought that my doggies may not be with me forever and ever horrifies me. Ain't gonna happen, no way, no how.

Right? :(

I don't think I can see that movie for that very reason, and I've stopped my mom from seeing it too... she'd be a WRECK!
Oscar is such a cutie! He will live forever!

I felt the exact same way when I watched this movie...I have never cried so much in my entire life! I definitely went home afterward and gave my pup an extra snuggle :)

Look at how little he is!!

I listened to the book on tape (don't judge...I was forced) and loved it. I am looking forward to a good cry whilst watching the movie.

I cry at the drop of a hat, so I know I would be hysterical if I watched this movie. I can't bear to think about a day when Quinn won't be here :(

I don't know how you managed to watch that movie. I just can't do it. I think I would be so sad for days!

I know, I am so sad to think about my kitties not being with me, they're family and I have voices for them, and they're part of my nighttime routine, and they're just cuddly and cute!

Your little man as a puppy - wayyyyy too cute! Those eyes!!

Oscar is so frickin' adorable! I want to give him a big hug.

Oh man, that movie is on my netflix queue. Maybe I shouldn't watch it. I don't know if I need a cry like that or not!

Yes, I too am glad that my puppy is going to live forever. I watched that movie on an emotionally unstable day - not a good idea. It was torture.

Aw, Oscar is adorable!! I read that book, but I'm NOT watching the movie, no matter how much I love Owen, Jen, and yellow labs. I don't need to put myself through that again!

I bawled! I didn't want to watch it because I knew it would be sad. It brought back some sad memories for me.

I cried a little bit- but I cry all the time, so it is not that telling. However- my husband (shh don't tell anyone) got a tear- A REAL TEAR! in his eye at the end of the movie. That is huge.

The movie really made me miss my family dogs from childhood. Someday we will have our own family puupy- i hope!

Oscar is too cute!

Bailey, my beagle, is 8 and I can tell he's getting older, the movie was so hard to watch, but Bailey loved it! He got so much attention after the movie, I'm sure he was thinking we need to watch this movie every night, lol :)
