Weather Rant

Yesterday morning, Mr. Smith and I woke up early (for a Sunday) and took a nice, long walk with Oscar. It was warm and sunny, around 70 degrees. Everything was blooming! We saw dogwoods, cherry blossoms, daffodils everywhere, and - my personal favorite - magnolias. It was absolutely gorgeous.

This morning on my way to work, it was snowing. SNOWING, people. It is 34 degrees. According to weather.com, Bloomington has a freeze watch, a freeze warning, and a flood advisory.

Can somebody please explain to me what the hell is going on here?

Psychologists would call it Borderline Personality Disorder.

Environmentalists would call it Global Warming.

Take your pick! :)

It's not snowing here, but it's rainy and cold. This weekend's gorgeous weather was just a tease!

I'd feel bad for you except that it has been raining/snowing/cold as balls in Chicago for the past two weeks. :)
