As a completely makeup/skincare obsessed human I suggest Clinique's All About Eyes Rich. I used to work for them & don't really love many of their products to tell you the truth, but it is GREAT! Great moisture, great de-puffing capabilities...and it's pretty affordable too.
I used to work at a MAC counter about a year ago and I found an assortment of eye creams that I loved at Este Lauder. I know they have a reputation of being for more mature skin, but their preventative and repairing products are amazing! Good luck!
I love the Bliss line, and they are having 15 % off in my emails from them right now.
Kiss my face line is amazing, and oil of olay seems to be a tried and true at my house... :)
Since I spent a year and a half in Boulder before returning to Miami, I started getting into the very natural stuff available at an amazing place they have there, Pharmaca... a lot of their lines are also available at Whole Foods and you can sample them there, too.
Oh, Murad! I love Murad, too. Especially a fruit enzyme mask of theirs, very light and makes your skin feel amazing......
So, as you can see, I don't have much thought on this one.

Ha! I was going to recommend the same thing as Piper. I am not sure how much it helps, but it sure makes a great base for shadow!
